For your protection, all Db-Life members are given a 7 day unconditional guarantee within which purchased merchandies may be returned. Some products may not apply and in these cases, conditions will be explicitly stated on this website. The return date has passed.
When you return merchandise purchased from Db-Life Online, you must first call a customer service representative to protect yourself. Clearly state your name, contact number, order number and the product you want to return. We will assign someone to take care of your return immediately.

How do I return a product I’ve ordered?
Keep the product complete and free from damage. This includes all parts (as well as packaging, the user’s manual, gifts and/or promotional items, and accompanying documents). There must be no damage from improper use or assembly and no notations or drawings in or on the operator’s manual (such as scratches, falls, burnt circuits or fuses, crushing, no foreign objects inserted, no moisture; and the barcode or warranty may not be damaged or removed, altered or otherwise unidentifiable). The item must be free of any user caused damage. Mail to the manufacturer with all original packaging intact.
※ If the manufacturer’s box is damaged or the product is missing we are unable to accept your return.
In order to protect yourself, contact the Customer Service Center immediately should you discover any damage caused during delivery.

What if I ordered the wrong merchandise?
Contact the Db-Life Customer Service Center within 7 days with all relevant information and we will immediately help you through the return process. The item you wish to return must be complete, including all packaging, gifts and instructions - otherwise the return will not be accepted.

What are the rules for returning new merchandise?
Merchandise with defects and flaws may be returned within 7 days and a new item will be shipped to you.
All returned products must be complete and accompanied by all parts and accessories including original packaging, manual, gifts, documents and information packages.
Should you discover a flaw or damage after trying out your new merchandise, as long as all parts are included, Db-Life requires 7 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) to replace it with a new item.
If we do not replace the item with a new one, we will fix it for you.

How long does the refund process require?
Refunds generally require 7-15 working days (not including weekend and public holidays) to process.
- For credit card purchases, refunds will be credited directly to your credit card. (The refund will appear on your credit card receipt according to your date of purchase.)
- For all other methods, refunds will be made according to your method of payment. (All applicable information must be included on the return application.)

Under what circumstances are returns not accepted?
- If special circumstances are clearly stated returns are not accepted.
- If the 7 day trial period has passed.
- If the merchandise was not purchased at Db-Life Online.
- If the item is not full condition including packaging, all parts, any gifts and information packages.
- Under special return restrictions.

Bicycles:
- Bicycles may only be returned for manufacturer defects or flaws. Bicycles may not be returned after they have been ridden.
- Tires, tubes, and pedals are consumables and therefore outside the scope of our guarantee. Due to improper use, unauthorized maintenance or disassembly, adjustment of the frame, use of abnormal parts, or accidents causing damage, scratches and dents, we cannot accept returns on these parts.
- As there are many makes and models of computer screens with different resolutions, the images of merchandise may appear differently from one screen to another. Make sure to check that the color of your bicycle is correct.
