Should you have any problem with your purchase from Db-Life Online, we provide a Service Application for your convenience. Please check the item thoroughly before returning it. Make sure the problem is not easily resolved, and that you’ve completely read and understand the instructions that come with your purchase. If the problem persists please call us and we will do our best to help you.
Should you discover a defect upon receiving your purchase, contact us within seven days to exchange the product in question. If seven days has already passed, we will fix your item according to the situation at that time.

| Warranty: According to the documents that come with your purchase, DB-Life offers the original purchaser of each item a one year warranty. |

- Warranty is limited to one year.
- Warranty does not cover “consumables”.
- If the item is found to have a manufacturer defect within the period of time the warranty is effective, the warranty documents must be included upon return of the item.
- Warranty documents must be attached to the outside of the original product box.

| Maintenance and repairs not covered by the warranty require a fee for services and fall under the following situations. |
- If there is no warranty.
- The item has passed its warranty time period.
- Damage was caused by improper use.
- Damage was caused as a result of repairs done by someone other than Db-Life.
- Damage was caused by the product itself.
- If the original warranty is altered.

| Other warranty conditions: |
- The warranty is invalid if the product is altered in any way.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents or other unforeseeable events.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused during moving or delivery once assembly is complete.
※Db-Life is happy to perform maintenance services on our products that are not covered by warranty, or for products whose warranty time period has passed. These services are subject to conditions and fees.
